About islamitischelessen.nl
Islamic lessons are often announced via WhatsApp, Instagram or a poster in the mosque. That makes them hard to find if you've just moved, have just become Muslim or simply want to learn something. This site brings them together in one place: near you, with the next date.
Who it's for
For anyone looking for a lesson: Quran, Arabic, tajweed, fiqh, lessons for sisters, young people or children. You don't need an account and we don't track you: no adverts, no tracking cookies.
For new Muslims
Recently become Muslim, or curious about Islam? Many mosques and foundations have lessons that start right at the beginning, in Dutch and without you needing to know any Arabic. You're welcome; nobody expects you to know everything already.
Lessons for new MuslimsRegister your organisation
Listing is free for mosques, student associations and foundations. We create the accounts ourselves, so that only genuine organisations post lessons. Send an email with your organisation's name, its address and a contact person. You'll then get a login link and can manage your lessons yourself from then on, without a password.
Some lessons we've taken from the organisation's public website, with a link to that source. Is it your organisation? Email us: we'll give you access to update everything yourself, or remove the details.
